Beim DDIM.kongress präsentierte Malte Borchardt (forma interim) gemeinsam mit DDIM Mitglied Richard Porstmann den Weg zur MARKE ICH: Von der Positionierung, über die Elemente des Marktauftrittes bis hin zu ausgewählten Marketingaktionen. Die Theorie wurde angereichert mit konkreten Handlungsanweisungen und erfolgreichen Umsetzungsbeispielen aus der Zusammenarbeit mit Richard Porstmann. „Im Endeffekt haben wir die „do-it-yourself-Anleitung“ für den Aufbau der eigenen Marke präsentiert. Klasse war die intensive Diskussion mit den Teilnehmern.“
Jeder Interim Manager wünscht es sich: In einer gewissen Regelmäßigkeit erreichen einen passende und qualitativ hochwertige Mandatsanfragen. So wäre eine gute Auslastung mit Mandaten gewährleistet, die man wirklich gerne übernimmt. Um aber überhaupt Anfragen zu erhalten, muss der Manager zunächst für den Kunden sichtbar werden. Für den Kunden „sichtbar“ zu sein, impliziert, dass der Kunde weiß, welche Leistungen der Interim Manager anbietet, wie er arbeitet und was er besser macht als andere Interim Manager aus seinem Bereich.
